If you are having trouble comprehending the lecture, you can use subtitles or transcripts to help you follow along.
Another site with a lot of resources is BBC Learning English. This site has a lot of different materials to help you learn English. There are grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and quizzes that can help you learn in a fun and interactive way. The videos also have transcripts to help you if you are having trouble understanding the videos.
