Authorized TOEFL iBT Testing Center

Since 2009, we have proudly partnered with ETS to become an authorized TOEFL iBT testing center.

The majority of our TOEFL students, who take our specialized TOEFL class, opt to take the official test right here at American English Language School. Our center offers a familiar environment that maximizes test results, making it convenient and easy for our students. There's no need to search for other centers, deal with long drives to unknown places, or feel nervous in a new environment. You can trust that we have you covered.

Additionally, aside from our students, other individuals also take the TOEFL iBT test at our certified center, and we administer the test approximately 2 times a month.

You may register here to take the TOEFL iBT test.

TOEFL iBT Test

The TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language, Internet-Based Test) is a widely recognized standardized exam that measures the English language proficiency of non-native speakers. Administered online by Educational Testing Service (ETS), the test evaluates four key language skills: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.

Designed to assess a test-taker's ability to understand and use English in academic and professional settings, the TOEFL iBT consists of various question types, including multiple-choice, short responses, and integrated tasks. The reading and listening sections gauge comprehension of written and spoken English, while the speaking section assesses one's ability to express ideas coherently. In the writing section, test-takers construct well-organized essays on given topics.

Accepted by numerous academic institutions, employers, and immigration agencies worldwide, the TOEFL iBT plays a vital role in determining eligibility for educational and professional opportunities in English-speaking countries. Preparing for the test involves familiarizing oneself with the format, practicing language skills, and taking sample tests to achieve a successful score and demonstrate English language proficiency.
