Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form

Please complete and submit the inquiry form on our website.

Step 2: Receive Email Confirmation of Inquiry Form

Upon submitting your inquiry form, you will receive an email confirming your submission and providing a list of required documents.

Step 3: Complete the Application Form

Kindly fill out your application form and submit the necessary documents to [email protected]. The required documents include:

A completed AELS Application Form
A copy of your current passport
A high school diploma or college transcript translated into English
A bank statement in English from within the last six months.

Step 4: Pay Application Fees

Once you have submitted all four documents, you will receive an email containing a link to pay your application fees by credit card. Click the "Make a Payment" link to enter your credit card information.

Step 5: Receive Your I-20 Form, Acceptance Letter, and SEVIS Receipt

After you have paid your application fees, please expect to receive your I-20 form, acceptance letter, and SEVIS I-901 receipt within one week.

Step 6: Complete the DS-160 Form and Attend Visa Interview

After receiving your I-20 Form, you'll need to complete the Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS - 160). Explore our step-by-step instructional videos in your language for guidance on filling out the DS-160 form.
Next, schedule your visa interview. and refer to our instructional videos for assistance in setting up the F-1 visa interview. Pay your interview fee online.
Prepare the required documents for your interview, including:
- Interview appointment letter from the National Visa Center (NVC)
- Valid passport
- Two color passport photographs
- I-20 Form
- SEVIS I-901 receipt
- Bank statements
- Confirmation of completed visa application
- School acceptance letter
